Balarat sits on 750 acres of wilderness Northwest of Boulder. Utilize our conference spaces in our Main Lodge, take part in our adventure activities, or go hiking on our trails. We offer many avenues for fulfilling your needs!

We accommodate groups of all ages, sizes and interests: summer camp rentals, school staffs, school groups, youth groups, college groups, corporate conferences and team building events, and more! Perfect for a group from 20 to 100 people!

Cancelation Policy For Overnights: A $200/day deposit secures your reservation. If your group does cancel, a 50% refund is given if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your trip. If you cancel when there are less than 30 days left until the trip, the deposit will not be returned.
