What is Title IX?

CEC Early College and Denver Public Schools is committed to providing safe and equitable learning and working environments that are affirming, inclusive, and free from sex-based discrimination and sexual harassment for students, employees, and community members. This commitment includes addressing student and employee misconduct appropriately, whether under this Regulation, other Board policies, collective bargaining agreements, or applicable law.
