Brown’s PTA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit membership and service organization composed of Brown parents, caregivers, and staff who are passionate about enriching the lives of all students at Brown International Academy. We believe that great things happen when we work together and support each other! The role of the Brown PTA is to build community, promote volunteering, raise funds for our unique IB programming, and support our teachers, staff, and families.

The mission of the Brown International Academy PTA is to develop inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young people by engaging our local community, families, and educators in advocating for all children. We accomplish this through: district/legislative action, supporting social and intercultural enrichment activities, and fundraising to improve educational opportunities and provide operational support in continuously building a stronger Brown International community.

Everyone is welcome to attend PTA meetings, whether you are a member or not! The PTA meets most months during the school year, typically in-person, with some virtual meeting options during the winter months. We look forward to seeing you!

PTA Membership

For those who are able, we hope you will consider membership. When you join your local unit of the PTA at Brown, you also join PTA Colorado and PTA National, the largest volunteer child advocacy organization in the world. Not only do you gain a stronger voice in your local school and nationally, but you can also save money with Member Benefits Providers, including AARP, Hertz, MetLife, Schwan’s Cares, Sharp, Staples, and Sylvan.

Brown’s annual PTA dues are $15. These can be paid online via Parent Square or by emailing Email Info for more information.
