“I grew up in a small farming community in Northern Colorado (Johnstown) and was a multi-sport athlete. I’ve been blessed to have many great coaches over the years who have had a positive impact in my life. That is why I chose to become an bilingual educator and after 10 years in the classroom, I had the opportunity to work within the athletic department at Bruce Randolph. When I’m not working or coaching various sports at Bruce, I enjoy spending time with the family, relaxing and an occassional fishing trip.”

Player of the Year

player of the year

We’d like to congratulate Pedro Carrillo (11th grade) for playing in the Colorado Dugout Club All Star game on Sunday night at Riverdale Ridge HS! He threw 2 shutout innings against a tough 4A all star team and helped the Frontier League All Star baseball team to a 4-3 victory. He was also voted as Player of the Year for 2024 by the Frontier league coaches and is only the 2nd player in Bruce Randolph history to earn the honor!
