Ron G. Cabrera, Ph.D. serves as the Superintendent’s Transition Team Operational Effectiveness Committee Chair.

Dr. Cabrera is the founder of an educational leadership consultancy that conducts executive coaching and executive searches. Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Denver, he has been Interim Superintendent for Denver Public Schools and has served as a turnaround specialist for a nationally-recognized management consultant group. His research focus has centered on the value of mentoring relationships and their impact on leadership capacity.
