Applying for college can be a lot to handle on your own — with the unfamiliar forms and lingo, essays to write, and many financial aid opportunities to discover — particularly for first-generation college students. That’s why the Office of College and Career Readiness created College Access, which helps students navigate college applications and explore college opportunities with campus tours and visit days. Through College Access programs, students are given the tools and resources needed to enroll in and graduate from college. Programs and events include:
5th – 12th grade college tours and campus visits
Red Carpet Days
Spring into your Future: Senior Celebration
College Application Week
Ninth Grade College Expo
Eighth Grade Career Fair
Eleventh Grade Summer College Access Programming
Summer Academy
College Signing Day
PSAT/SAT Preparation through Khan Academy
Postsecondary Coaches
